The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has promised to run a model government in Kano state to show example to other parties.
The National Publicity Secretary of the Party, Dr Agbo Major stated this in Abuja on Saturday while briefing newsmen ahead of the May 29 inauguration.
Dr Agbo while congratulating the Incoming Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf and Deputy, Comrade Aminu Gwarzo, urged them to re-enact the developmental strides of Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso when he was the Governor of the state.
He also called on the incoming State House of Assembly to cooperate with the executive to develop the state.
Dr Agbo said the NNPP National Leader, Senator Kwankwaso, the Chairman of the board of trustees, National working committee members and everyone elected on party’s platform were expected at the inauguration ceremony in Kano.
