Ibrahim Malik-Addo, on Wednesday June 8, 2022 won the Young Progressives Party (YPP) Presidential primary for the 2023 general elections.
Malik-Addo won with a total vote of 66 to defeat his opponent, Ruby Chinenye, who got four votes, just after Adamu Garba withdrew his intention to participate in the election.
The Chairman of the Party’s Presidential Primary Electoral Committee, Vidiyeno Bamaiyi, declared Malik-Addo as YPP’s presidential flag bearer at the party’s third national convention held in Abuja.
